Role & Responsibilities:
We are seeking a Paint Mixer Level I for an aerospace manufacturing company. This is a great opportunity for an experienced aerospace or industrial painter looking to further their career in a fast-paced production environment.
- Mix, label, and prepare paint materials according to work instructions and process specifications.
- Maintain paint inventory, stock supplies, and keep the paint mixing area clean and organized.
- Review work instructions and complete accurate documentation for paint preparation and usage.
- Follow safety procedures while working with chemicals and support production by supplying paint to multiple spray stations.
Essential Qualifications:
- Basic computer skills with strong attention to detail and the ability to follow written work instructions.
- Good verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to work independently or on a team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Ability to lift up to 35 lbs. and accurately distinguish colors (normal color vision required).
