Job Title: Part-Time Bilingual Front Desk Coordinator / Licensed Esthetician
Location: Precision Wellness Center – Plano, TX
Schedule: Part-time, including some Fridays and Saturdays
Precision Wellness Center is seeking a friendly, experienced, professional, and dependable bilingual Front Desk Coordinator/Licensed Esthetician to join our growing wellness and aesthetics practice.
This hybrid position is ideal for someone who enjoys creating an exceptional patient experience, is comfortable managing front-office responsibilities, and is also passionate about skincare and aesthetic treatments.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome patients and provide a warm, professional experience
- Answer phone calls, respond to messages, and schedule appointments
- Check patients in and out and collect payments
- Educate patients about services, promotions, and treatment options
- Maintain organized patient records and front-desk areas
- Perform facials, dermaplaning, chemical peels, and other services within the esthetician’s scope of practice
- Assist with treatment-room preparation, sanitation, and inventory
- Help capture appropriate social media content and promote clinic services
- Support the team with daily clinic operations
Qualifications:
- Current Texas Esthetician License required
- Fluent in English and Spanish
- Previous experience in a medical spa, wellness clinic, or healthcare office preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Professional appearance and a warm, positive personality
- Comfortable discussing services and recommending skincare treatments
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask
- Familiarity with scheduling systems, electronic records, and social media is a plus
