Sicut North America, Inc. is seeking a Day Shift and a Night Shift Production Worker to join our growing team. Basic computer skills and forklift experience required. Roles & Responsibilities:
· Pull ties with the use of a forklift.
· Install dimple plates if pulling off ties.
· Install back plates and packer plates.
· Weigh ties when required.
· Brand ties when required.
· Put info into computer as needed or required.
· Place ties on racks – set of 3 with 1” spacing.
· Cut ties to specific lengths using an upcut saw and stacking pallets according to shipping requirements. Some pallets may need to be banded.
· Other duties as needed or assigned.
Physical Requirements:
· Ability to stand for extended periods of time.
· Ability to work in varying temperatures.
· Ability to lift 50+ lbs.
· Ability to work overhead.
· Ability to bend and stoop.
Education Requirements & Preferred Skills:
· High school diploma or equivalent.
· Basic computer skills required.
· Forklift experience is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.70 - $18.45 per hour
