To be successful in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:
- UT CNA License
- Communication skills, team player
- Dependability, reliable and dedicated to better our community.
- BLS/CPR Certificate (Preferred)
What you'll be doing in this role:
- Provide great care and foster meaningful relationships with the residents we serve and employees we work with.
- Create and maintain an atmosphere of warmth, personal interest and positive emphasis, as well as a calm environment to our residents.
- Assisting residents with ADL's as needed (i.e., Bathing, brushing teeth, getting dressed, bed changes, etc)
- Perform restorative and rehabilitative procedures, working closely with our Therapy Team.
- Check each resident routinely to ensure that his/her personal care needs are being met in accordance with his/her wishes.
Up to $21.00 per hour! (based on experience)
