Responsibilities
As a Caregiver, you will:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Provide compassionate, high-quality care in accordance with resident care plans
- Promote residents' dignity, independence, and well-being
- Support residents' emotional, social, and physical needs
- Maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment
- Observe and report changes in residents' conditions
- Follow all state regulations, company policies, and safety procedures
- Uphold Avendelle's H.O.M.E. care values in every interaction
- Collaborate with team members to ensure exceptional resident care
Required Qualifications
- Previous caregiving experience
- North Carolina 80-Hour PCA Certificate or CNA Registration
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to commute to Cary, NC 27511
- Passion for serving seniors with compassion and respect
Preferred Qualifications
- MedTech Credential strongly preferred
- CPR and/or First Aid Certification
- Two or more years of caregiving experience
- Experience in assisted living, memory care, home care, or senior living environments

Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
