Looking to add another member to our residential remodeling team. We are expanding and would like to find a like minded individual who is interested in growing with us. We are Veteran Owned & Operated and take a high level of pride in our work.
MUST HAVE Requirements --
Professional Appearance. You are a brand ambassador for our company. We require our contractors to show up to jobs in a professional appearance.
No drugs or day drinking. Smoking is not permitted inside any job sites.
Reliable transportation. Having a truck or van is preferred.
Along with a reliable vehicle is a valid driver's license.
Need to have tools required for the job. You don't need to have all the latest tools but you need to have a basic set to accomplish the job.
Good communication is a Must. Daily communication with Office Manager is required.
Need to have experience in the Skilled Trades. We have an on board electrician and plumber but you should have a basic skillset to complete light plumbing & electrical tasks. Examples would be light fixture swap, outlet replacement.....install sink P-trap, replace kitchen or bath faucet... things of that nature.
The ideal candidate will have experience in general remodeling, drywall, painting, fencing/decking, flooring, light plumbing, light electrical...etc. seeking a well rounded person with strong work ethic and attention to detail. We will expect proof of experience.
All candidates will be expected to meet job quality expectations set by Owner and Foreman. Homeland Home Repair has high finish detail expectations in all work we complete.
Pay - All work will be recorded on 1099 . Pay is tabulated daily and paid weekly via check. 1099 Contractors are responsible for their taxes at the end of each year.
Pay range is $23-25 per hour and will be based on your skill level after interviewing with the owner.
Work schedule is Monday- Friday 8am - 5pm. Weekends are not required but there may be opportunities to work weekends if you wish.
