Pronto Pizza & Coffee is looking for reliable, customer‑focused Pizza Delivery Drivers to join our fast‑growing team. You’ll be the face of our brand as you deliver hot, fresh food to customers throughout Mansfield. If you enjoy driving, working independently, and being part of a friendly, family oriented team, this role is a great fit.
Responsibilities
- Deliver pizzas and beverages safely, efficiently, and with excellent customer service
- Verify order accuracy before leaving the store
- Handle cash/card payments and return accurate change
- Follow all traffic laws and company safety standards while on the road
- Assist with basic in‑store tasks during downtime (boxing orders, stocking, cleaning)
- Build strong customer relationships through professional communication, attentive service, and problem-solving during deliveries.
- Manage route driving efficiently by planning optimal paths, maintaining organizational skills, and ensuring timely deliveries.
- Upsell additional products or services when appropriate to enhance customer satisfaction and sales goals.
- Maintain accurate documentation of deliveries, including invoices, delivery logs, and client communication records.
Requirements
- 18+ years old
- Valid driver’s license
- Valid auto insurance
- Clean driving record
- Vehicle can be provided
- Strong customer‑service skills
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
- Availability for evenings and weekends
- Ability to work as an insider in the kitchen
