The Compensation Package
We believe in rewarding hard work with transparency. Instead of cents-per-mile, we use a percentage-based pay structure so you earn more when the market is strong.
Percentage Pay:
27% of Gross Line-Haul Revenue—earn more on every load!
Layover Pay:
We value your time. If the wheels aren't turning, you're still earning.

What You Bring to the Team
- License: A valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (CDL).
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of verifiable OTR or Regional experience.
- Safety Record: A clean MVR and a solid, dependable work history.
- Professionalism: Strong communication skills and a "get it done" attitude.
