Heat Treat Operator
Peoplelink Staffing Solutions, in partnership with an manufacturing company in the Paris, KY area, is seeking an heat treat operator to join their team! This is a facility offering a wide range of

Team Member Job Summary:
- 2nd: 3:30pm-12am, $19.00
- 3rd: 11:30pm-8:00am, $19.00
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Operate heat treat furnaces, quench tanks, washers, and related equipment.
- Load and unload metal components safely and efficiently.
- Monitor furnace temperatures, cycle times, and process parameters to ensure compliance with work instructions.
- Read and interpret work orders, process sheets, and production schedules.
- Perform hardness testing and visual inspections to verify product quality.
- Record production data, temperatures, cycle information, and inspection results accurately.
- Identify and report equipment malfunctions, quality concerns, or safety hazards.
- Perform routine equipment maintenance and housekeeping tasks.
- Follow all safety procedures, PPE requirements, and company policies.
- Work closely with quality, maintenance, and production teams to meet customer deadlines.
- Assist in other production areas as needed.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or heat treat experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to read measuring instruments and follow detailed work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic math and computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality.
