Company Summary
Contemporary Landscaping is a 17 acre nursery that specializes in growing 15, 25, and 95 gallon trees and palms. We grow our stock from seed, cutting, and air layer so we maintain plants at every stage. While most of our business is wholesale, we are open to retail as well.

Job overview:
The nursery worker is the core of the business and completes the tasks necessary to keep the nursery running. The work will be guided by a schedule from the manager and most of the tasks will be related to propagation: transplanting, pruning, fertilizing, and applying chemistry. Other less common tasks include making deliveries, loading and interacting with customers, fixing irrigation, and cutting grass.
Core Responsibilities:
· Nursery maintenance: trimming, cleaning, etc.
· Propagation: transplanting, air layering, making cuttings
· Plant maintenance: pruning, fertilizing, staking, weeding etc.
· Loading customers and making deliveries
· Irrigation maintenance
· Equipment maintenance
Qualifications and Skills:
