Bachelor’s or master's degree
2+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking or private equity; healthcare experience is preferred
Comfortable interacting with senior leadership and working across multiple groups and stakeholders
Highly analytical with knowledge of business growth strategy
Extensive financial modeling skills
Experience working with Excel
Comfortable operating without a roadmap to achieve results and objectives; ability to drive initiatives
Adept at managing key stakeholders (client and internal)
Passion for developing strong client relationships and partnering with various teams throughout the firm
Entrepreneurial and collaborative nature
Comfortable with traveling ~50%
Strong interpersonal and communication skills; clear and concise writing skills
