Our sales team is very knowledgable and are a team effort when it comes to providing the best service to our clientele.
The Retail Sales Representative will be responsible for our ambitious and hungry sales team. A successful candidate is a self-starter with a passion for nature's art and must be a leader as well as a team player. This is a wonderful opportunity for a self-motivated individual who would love to grow with us.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain clientele for a long term relationship
- Upselling is a key factor
- Holding conversation and greeting customers
- Make sure every customer is assisted
- Experience with Jewelry, Fossils, Minerals, Geodes
- Previous Experience in a Gallery/ Jewelry Store
- Create and maintain an art gallery inventory.
- Be available to discuss inventory with visitors.
- Maintain a professional relationship with clientele.
- Resposible for displaying, special orders, and restocking
- Greet and direct customers
- Provide accurate information (e.g. product features, pricing, and after-sales services)
- Answer customers’ questions about specific products/services
- Conduct price and feature comparisons to facilitate purchasing
- Cross-sell products
- Manage returns of merchandise
- Respond and act on customer feedback to the
- Stay up-to-date with new products/services
- STRONG AND HUNGRY SALES PEOPLE
- You can make great money in this position with lots of opportunity on commision (HIGH TICKET ITEMS)
