Have you ever wanted a giraffe as your coworker? Keystone Safari is seeking enthusiastic, energetic, and dependable customer service associates to join our growing team.
Our customer service associates are the heart of the guest experience at Keystone Safari. This is a hands-on, interactive role where every day is an adventure!
Associates are responsible for:
- Giftshop and "Fast Pass" Admissions: (Welcoming guests, processing admissions and merchandise sales, stocking, cleaning etc.)
- Animal Feeding Stations: Operating the Giraffe, Llama, and Barnyard feeding stands - encouraging safe and memorable guest interactions.
- Mining Sluice and Goat Pen Operations: Setting up pans, maintaining a clean space, monitoring the goat pen
- Drive-Thru Safari Admissions: Greet guests, process payments, educate on the rules and regulations
- Guest Engagement: Helping every guest have a wild and wonderful adventure by providing excellent customer service, answering questions, and sharing fun facts.
- Park Beautification: Keeping public areas, giftshop, and all stations tidy and welcoming (this often includes light cleaning and weeding)
