Job Description:
Looking for a professional individual, with experience and knowledge with HR basics, HR best practices payroll capabilities, recruitment and scheduling.
Onboarding and hiring paperwork
Orientation
Scheduling
Managing benefit administration including leaves
HR compliance for NYSDOH
Coordinating annual physicals and requirements
Customer Service
Assist with employee performance reviews and corrective actions
Maintain effective communication with staff and supervisors and present as a role model

Full-time
Hours:
Monday to Friday, 40 – 45 hours per week
Rate:
Starting at $25.00/hour, additional pay based upon experience
Requirements:
1 year in Human Resources experience demonstrating knowledge of HR best practices.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Experience with HR Information Systems (HRIS) and payroll systems (Paylocity preferred)
Experience with insurances and leaves
