Your Role:
- Install, repair, tape, and patch drywall with precision
- Assist with related tasks like caulking, plastering, door hanging, and finishing work
- Jump into light plumbing, painting, mudding, cutting, and basic electrical when needed
- Collaborate tightly with the team to keep projects on track
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site at all times
- Communicate clearly with clients and crew
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven construction experience, especially in drywall
- Versatility and willingness to learn and assist across trades
- Strong attention to detail and jobsite cleanliness
- Professional demeanor (we work in active medical and office buildings)
- Reliable transportation and your own tools
- Solid communication and problem-solving skills
Bonus Skills:
- Experience with caulking, plastering, construction management, hardscaping, heavy equipment, or fabrication
