Feeling burned out as a therapist? You’re not alone! At Noble, we’re doing things differently.
We believe that taking care of our therapists is just as important as taking care of our clients. That’s why we prioritize your well-being through a supportive, connected, and flexible work environment.
From regular team events that build real community, to flexible scheduling that respects your life outside of work, we’ve created a space where therapists can thrive. Open communication is encouraged, especially around caseload challenges, and you’ll never feel like you’re carrying it all alone. Our clinical director maintains a small caseload to stay fully available for training, consultation, and support when you need it most.
We also invest in your growth, whether it’s covering CEUs or hosting in-house trainings, we’re committed to helping you continue learning and evolving in your career.
