Experienced Leasing Agent – Full-Time
Location: Montgomery, AL
Pay: $20/hour + Monthly Commission
We’re looking for an experienced Leasing Agent to join our team and help us manage a diverse, multi-community portfolio in Rensselaer County! If you’re passionate about helping people find the perfect home and know the ins and outs of leasing, we want to hear from you!

Who You Are:
- You have previous leasing experience (required)
- You’re customer-service focused, with excellent communication skills
- You’re very organized, motivated, and a true team player
- You can confidently tour, follow up, and close the deal
Job Duties:
- Show and lease apartments to prospective residents
- Answer phone and email inquiries in a timely, professional manner
- Conduct follow-ups and maintain prospect tracking
- Thoroughly screen prospective residents
- Be experienced and comfortable with Microsoft 365 and Property Management Software
