Responsibilities
- Clear and bus tables efficiently, ensuring a clean and inviting dining space for guests
- Wash dishes, glassware, silverware, pots, pans, and kitchen utensils to uphold high standards of cleanliness and food safety
- Assist with basic food preparation tasks such as chopping, plating, or organizing ingredients when needed
- Support catering and banquet events by maintaining cleanliness and assisting with setup or breakdown as required
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen and dining areas through regular sweeping, mopping, and trash disposal
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure hygiene standards are met at all times
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth flow of food service during busy periods
Experience
- Previous restaurant experience is preferred but not required; enthusiasm for hospitality is essential
- Experience in food service or catering environments is a plus, especially in banquet settings or hotel operations
- Familiarity with kitchen tasks such as cleaning, food handling, or basic food prep enhances your ability to succeed in this role
- Ability to work efficiently in fast-paced environments while maintaining attention to detail
