Duties
- Operate warehouse equipment such as, forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments using proper manual handling techniques and fork lift operation skills.
- Stock shelves, organize inventory, and maintain accurate records using inventory management software and warehouse management systems.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment.
- Conduct shipping and receiving activities, including verifying shipments against documentation and updating inventory control systems.
- Drive delivery routes safely while adhering to traffic laws, safety protocols (OSHA standards), and company policies.
- Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by following safety regulations and PPE use guidelines.
- Assist with inventory control tasks such as stock counts, cycle counts, and reporting discrepancies to warehouse supervisors.
Requirements
- Proven experience operating warehouse equipment including reach, forklifts (including forklift certification), pallet jacks.
- Strong knowledge of warehouse distribution processes, inventory management and logistics operations.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting manually or with equipment while following safety protocol adherence.
- Basic math skills for order picking, packing calculations, and inventory tracking.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; experience in delivery driving preferred.
- Class C (non-CDL) drivers license is required to drive our 18' flat bed trucks. Must have previous truck driving experience.
- Warehouse experience or warehouse supervisor experience is highly desirable.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in stock management and order fulfillment tasks.
- Technical proficiency in warehouse management systems (WMS) or inventory management software is a plus.

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
