Personality is everything. Can you entertain guests and pour a drink while keeping a clean taproom? Sundays required.
Duties
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their visit
- Take beverage orders accurately using Toast POS.
- Prepare and serve a variety of drinks including cocktails, spirits, wine, and non-alcoholic beverages with precision and flair
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in accordance with food safety regulations, including proper food handling and beverage preparation
- Manage cash handling responsibilities accurately, including processing payments and giving correct change
- Assist with food service duties such as bussing tables, setting up bar stations, and supporting kitchen staff when needed
Experience
- Previous experience in food service or restaurant environments.
- Experience with cocktail making, spirits knowledge, beer styles.
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and creating welcoming atmospheres
- Familiarity with food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper food handling procedures
- Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
- Prior experience as a host/hostess, server, or bartender is highly desirable
