Trucking Dispatcher
Location: Linton, IN
Schedule: Full-Time | Night Shift | Friday through Monday Shift

What You'll Do:
- Oversee and coordinate daily dispatch operations
- Communicate with drivers, customers, and internal teams to ensure timely deliveries
- Monitor routes and schedules, adjusting as needed to optimize efficiency
- Process and maintain accurate records of bills of lading
- Proactively resolve issues and ensure top-tier service
What We're Looking For:
- Dependable, trustworthy, and detail-oriented
- Strong communication skills with a customer-first approach
- Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail
- Proven ability to multi-task in a fast-moving, everchanging environment
- Dispatching or logistics experience preferred (but not required)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook

- This is an in-person position and the chosen candidate(s) will be required to work on site at our office for their shift.
