Job Overview
We are hiring Lawn Maintenance & Landscaping Crew Members to join our team. This role includes routine lawn maintenance and landscape services on residential and commercial properties.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform routine maintenance on landscaping equipment to ensure optimal operation
- Mow lawns using power tools and hand tools to ensure a neat and healthy appearance
- Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges using pruning shears, saws, or other hand tools
- Support construction projects related to landscape improvements when needed
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns
- Assist with tree care activities such as trimming or removal
- Perform landscape maintenance including planting, fertilizing, aerating, and mulching
- Install or repair hardscape features like patios, walkways, or retaining walls
- Conduct general gardening tasks including planting flowers or shrubs
Requirements
- Familiarity with hand tools and basic power tools
- Good communication skills to work effectively within a team environment
- Strong attention to detail for precise trimming, mowing, and planting tasks
- Experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening preferred
- Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting heavy materials and working outdoors in various weather conditions
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.00 - $20.00 per hour
