We’re proud to announce the launch of our new Crawl Space Encapsulation Division, and we’re seeking an experienced Crawl Space Technicians to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
- Inspect, prepare, and encapsulate crawl spaces according to company standards
- Install vapor barriers, drainage systems, sump pumps, and dehumidifiers
- Remove debris, old insulation, and damaged materials from crawl spaces
- Seal vents and seams to ensure airtight protection
- Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
- Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and job site
- Communicate professionally with customers, team members, and supervisors
- Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures
Qualifications:
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in crawl space encapsulation, mold remediation, or a related field
- Strong understanding of moisture control, insulation, and vapor barrier systems
- Ability to work in confined spaces and perform physically demanding tasks
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience ($22.50-$32.50/hour)

Pay: $25.27 - $30.43 per hour
