Production Associate
Location: Medley, FL and Hialeah Gardens
Job Summary:
We are seeking dedicated and reliable Production Associates to join our bagel production team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assembly and Packaging: Perform various tasks to assemble components and package finished products according to company standards.
- Quality Control: Conduct regular inspections of equipment and finished products, using measuring tools to ensure they meet specifications and quality standards.
- Safety and Cleanliness: Adhere to all company and factory safety guidelines, maintain a clean and organized work area, and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
- Support Production: Assist with other manufacturing tasks as needed, including material handling, inventory, and following verbal instructions from supervisors.
Requirements:
- Ability to work a 12-hour shift
- Must be able to lift, stack, and carry up to 50 lbs.
- Able to stand, bend, and perform repetitive tasks for extended periods.
- Previous experience in food production or manufacturing is a plus but not required.
- Team-oriented with a strong work ethic and attention to detail.
