Paradise Dynasty is looking for a reliable, friendly and energetic Server Assistant for our Glendale location. They must be able to work in a team-oriented, high-volume, fast-paced, guest-centric environment to provide a dining experience for guests which distinguishes our restaurants as being the unquestionable first choice.
Pay: $16.9/hour + Estimated Tips ($30 - $35 /hour)
Responsibilities:
- Continuously seek opportunities to assist, including but not limited to bussing, food running, pre-bussing, and clearing guests' empty plates.
- Deliver food orders from the kitchen to guests’ tables promptly and accurately.
- Ensure proper table setups, including utensils, napkins, share plates, and condiments when delivering food.
- Communicate effectively with the team to prioritize and manage food orders, including accommodating special requests (e.g., allergies).
- Clear and sanitize tables of dishware and napkins after meals, returning items to the kitchen.
- Reset tables promptly, ensuring proper arrangement of glassware, silverware, and dishware.
- Refill salt, pepper, and other condiments as needed.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of service stations, floors, and chairs near dining tables by sweeping and mopping as needed.
- Restock glassware, silverware, and dishware at service stations.
- Assist servers, bartenders, and managers by carrying plates and other items as required.
- Promote an atmosphere of teamwork by assisting coworkers in any way necessary to enhance the guest experience.
- Communicate courteously and effectively with guests and team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:
- Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry preferred.

- Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds.
