Are you passionate about Southern hospitality and ready to grow your leadership in the restaurant industry? Primos Cafe is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our dynamic team!
What You’ll Do:
As an Assistant Manager at Primos, you'll be a key member of our management team. You'll help lead and motivate hourly team members to ensure that every guest receives the exceptional Primos experience we’re known for.
Responsibilities include:
- Assisting the General Manager with daily operations of the restaurant
- Providing leadership and guidance to front and/or back-of-house staff
- Ensuring high-quality food, service, and cleanliness standards
- Training and developing team members to exceed guest expectations
- Driving sales and maintaining a positive, team-oriented atmosphere
What We’re Looking For:
- 2–3 years of experience in restaurant or food service management
- Hands-on leadership style and a passion for guest service
- Strong communication and team-building skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to maintaining a respectful, inclusive workplace
