The backbone of a busy dining room, our dish steward keeps our kitchen and dining area rolling smoothly.
Responsible for washing everything used in prep and in serving - pots, pans, bowls, dishes, and glassware, etc. Occasional cleaning of floors, breaking down boxes, removing trash, and maintaining cleanliness required in our prep are. This position requires strength, ability to work in a hot, steamy and wet area, standing on your feet for a full shift, walking, bending, lifting and carrying, pushing and pulling. If you commit to this job, learn it fully, and show up for work at your scheduled time, you will earn respect from our Executive Chef and eternal thanks from your coworkers.

Paid time off - One day for every 30 hours worked. After one year FT work, 13 days PTO.
After 1 year working a minimum of 1000 hours, 401k with 100% match, up to 4.5% os salary.
Choice of day or evening shifts available, main kitchen with set schedule, AM or PM
While this may be considered an entry level position, the dish steward may also be cross trained for other areas as opportunities present themselves and other positions become available.
