**Job Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated Assistant MontessoriTeacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist in creating a stimulating and nurturing environment for students to thrive. This position offers an opportunity to contribute to the educational development of young learners.
**Responsibilities:**
- Support the lead teacher in implementing educational programs and activities
- Assist in behavior management and create a positive learning atmosphere
- Contribute to curriculum development and lesson planning
- Provide care and support for toddlers, including assisting with basic needs
- Educate students on literacy and language development
- Work with children with autism spectrum disorder, supporting their unique needs
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure a well-rounded educational experience
**Qualifications:**
- enrolled in early childhood degree a plus
- Previous experience in Montessori childcare or early childhood education
- Familiarity with childhood development principles and practices
- Ability to work effectively with young children and provide a nurturing environment
- Proficiency in behavior management techniques
- Knowledge of curriculum development and lesson planning
- Experience working in a private school setting is a plus
