The Role
If you love community, families, and making a real difference, we want to meet you! As our Thrive to Five Program Manager, you’ll partner closely with our Director to keep our daily programs running smoothly, host fun community events, and support our wonderful staff and interns.
What You’ll Do Day-to-Day:
- Run the Show: Keep our daily programs moving forward and plan great community events.
- Lead with Heart: Guide, support, and mentor our team of staff and interns.
- Connect: Build warm, authentic relationships with local families, community partners, and other stakeholders.
- Keep Us on Track: Look at program data and track spending to make sure we are doing the absolute best for our community.
What We’re Looking For:
- An Associate’s degree (in Early Childhood, Social Work, or a related field) OR equivalent life/work experience.
- A Community Health Worker Certificate (or the willingness to let us help you get certified!).
- Excellent communication skills and a true passion for early childhood equity.
