Flexible Hours:
Choose a schedule that works best for you—3-5 days per week, 3-5 hours each day, within our operating hours of 9 am to 5 pm. Enjoy a role that prioritizes work-life balance so you can focus on family, friends, and personal pursuits.
Your Role and Responsibilities:
- Work cross-functionally within our E-commerce team to solve problems and get projects done
- Provide support to internal teams and executives
- Provide seamless support for office operations, organization, and customer inquiries
- Deliver top-notch customer service via email, live chat, and phone
- Assist with inquiries related to returns, exchanges, shipping, and product details
- Offer style, fit, and size recommendations to enhance the customer experience
- Support special orders, returns, exchanges, and prepare relevant documentation
- Maintain a tidy, organized workspace and office environment
- Collaborate across teams to promote a positive, productive environment
- Serve as an all-around team player, stepping in wherever help is needed
What You Bring:
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or related field (preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and an eye for accuracy
- Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
- A true passion for helping others and delivering exceptional service
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Excellent organization and multitasking skills, with a knack for creating summary reports
