About the Role:

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage IVF cycles, ensuring smooth patient experiences.
- Assist patients with scheduling appointments and follow-up consultations.
- Provide education and support to patients regarding treatment options and procedures.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation throughout the IVF process.
- Collaborate with physicians and medical staff to optimize patient care.
- Monitor and order necessary medications and supplies for treatments.
- Facilitate communication between patients and the medical team.
- Participate in continuous education and training to stay updated on industry advancements.
Requirements:
- Registered nurse certification
- Previous experience in reproductive medicine or IVF coordination preferred.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Compassionate demeanor and a patient-centered approach.
- Call coverage rotation with other coordinators
- Weekend coverage for cases is minimal
- Certification in healthcare or reproductive technology is a plus.
