We are seeking an energetic and dedicated Part-Time Soccer Coach to inspire and develop young athletes through engaging and dynamic coaching sessions. Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver engaging soccer training sessions tailored to various age groups and skill levels
- Teach fundamental soccer techniques, game strategies, and sportsmanship principles
- Foster a safe, inclusive, and motivating environment for all participants
- Provide constructive feedback to players to enhance their skills and confidence
- Manage team activities during practices and games, ensuring proper behavior management
- Communicate effectively with parents, guardians, and program coordinators regarding player progress and team updates
- Maintain equipment, ensure safety protocols are followed
Qualifications
- Prior experience in soccer coaching or sports-specific training instruction is highly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to work with children in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Knowledge of sports coaching techniques, team leadership, and behavior management strategies
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with players, parents, and team staff
- Experience working with students or in physical education environments is desirable
- Enthusiastic about promoting physical activity through sports coaching and team leadership
