We are a growing electrical contracting firm with a reputation for quality, reliability, and getting the job done right. We've built something we're proud of — and now we're ready to take it further.
We believe AI and automation represent the single greatest opportunity to improve how our team works: estimating faster, reducing errors in the field, managing projects more efficiently, and freeing our people up to do what they do best.
We're looking for someone who can lead that charge.
This is a ground-floor opportunity. You'll have direct access to executive leadership, real authority to shape our technology strategy, and the satisfaction of seeing your work make an immediate difference — on a jobsite, in an estimate, in a team member's day.
Responsibilities:
Lead Our AI Strategy
-
Work directly with executive leadership to identify the highest-impact opportunities for AI across estimating, project management, scheduling, safety, and administrationDevelop and maintain our company AI roadmap — prioritized, practical, and tied to real business outcomes
-
Stay current on AI tools and construction tech and bring the right ones to our team
-
Implement AI tools and workflows across departments — not just recommend them
-
Train our project managers, estimators, field supervisors, and office staff to use new tools confidently
-
Build templates, prompts, and processes that make AI easy and repeatable for the whole team
-
Draft our internal AI use policy — governing how we use AI responsibly, securely, and consistently
-
Evaluate and manage vendor relationships with AI and construction tech providers
-
Track adoption and outcomes — we want to measure that this is actually working
Skills, Education, Qualifications:
-
You have 3–7 years of experience at the intersection of construction and technology
-
You've used AI tools (ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar) in a real work context — not just personally
-
You understand how construction projects actually run: estimates, RFIs, submittals, change orders, schedules
-
You can write a clear policy document and present it to a room of executives — and then explain the same idea to a foreman in simple terms
-
You're a self-starter who doesn't wait to be told what to do next
-
You're a strong communicator who builds trust at all levels
