Position Overview:
As a Sales Associate specializing in medical aesthetic devices and professional skincare, you will play a key role in driving sales growth through activities including attending trade shows, conducting cold outreach, developing new client relationships, and supporting existing customers. You will also collaborate with internal teams on trainings, events, marketing initiatives, and sales reporting. Prior sales experience is preferred but not required. Experience performing medical aesthetic device demonstrations is a plus, but not required.
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend trade shows and exhibitions to showcase our medical aesthetic devices and professional skincare products while networking with prospective clients.
- Conduct cold outreach through phone calls, emails, and in-person visits to introduce our products and services.
- Identify, develop, and nurture new business opportunities within the medical aesthetics industry.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients by providing exceptional customer service and ongoing support.
- Generate sales reports and analyze performance metrics to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with internal teams on product launches, marketing campaigns, trainings, and special events.
- Assist with the coordination and execution of client trainings and product demonstrations.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies to strengthen sales strategies.
- Provide valuable customer feedback and market insights to help improve products and services.
- Travel as needed for trade shows, client meetings, trainings, and business development activities.
Qualifications:
- No prior experience required; experience in sales, customer service, or the medical aesthetics industry is preferred.
- Experience conducting medical aesthetic device demonstrations is a plus, but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build lasting client relationships.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, etc.).
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willingness and ability to travel for trade shows, client visits, trainings, and other business-related events.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field is preferred but not required.
