Valor Massage® is accepting internal applications for the position of Lead Massage Therapist.
This is a clinical leadership role for a therapist who consistently demonstrates professionalism, accountability, strong clinical reasoning, and a commitment to helping both patients and teammates succeed. The Lead Massage Therapist serves as a resource for the clinical team and works closely with leadership to maintain the highest standards of patient care.
Primary Responsibilities
- Lead by example through exceptional patient care and professionalism.
- Mentor and support fellow massage therapists.
- Assist with onboarding and training new therapists.
- Review SOAP notes and documentation for quality and consistency.
- Help maintain clinical standards, treatment quality, and SOP compliance.
- Participate in clinical interviews and working interviews when requested.
- Attend leadership meetings and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify opportunities for education, coaching, and process improvement.
- Assist with implementing and reinforcing clinic systems and clinical best practices.
- Maintain clinical readiness by ensuring each treatment room is consistently clean, organized, and fully stocked with adequate supplies.
- Proactively communicate inventory, equipment, and supply needs to upper management to prevent disruptions in patient care.
- Help maintain a positive, professional, and team-oriented clinic culture by modeling Valor Massage®'s mission, values, and expectations.
- Treat patients under VA Community Care.
- Maintain 35-40 hours a week

Compensation
This is a paid leadership position with increased compensation that reflects the additional responsibilities and expectations of the role. Specific compensation details will be discussed during the interview process.
Pay: $42.00 - $50.00 per hour
