Position Summary:
We're looking for a licensed, detail-oriented beauty technician to join our growing team. You'll provide a range of services including eyebrow threading, waxing, tinting, lamination, lash extensions or lifts, and facial treatments, all while delivering the warm, personalized client experience UniqSwek is known for.
Responsibilities:
Perform eyebrow threading, waxing, tinting, and lamination with precision and attention to shape and symmetry. Provide lash extension or lash lift services (experience or certification a plus). Deliver facials and other skin treatments tailored to each client's needs. Maintain a clean, sanitized, and welcoming workstation in line with health and safety standards. Build rapport with clients, understand their preferences, and recommend suitable services. Support walk-in and appointment-based scheduling, and help maintain a smooth, efficient studio flow. Uphold UniqSwek's consistent standard of service across every visit.
Qualifications:
Valid cosmetology or esthetician license in New York State. Prior experience in threading, waxing, lash services, or facials preferred. Strong attention to detail and a steady, precise hand. Friendly, client-focused attitude with excellent communication skills. Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends. Passion for beauty, skincare, and helping clients feel confident.

Pay: $150.00 - $200.00 per day
