Chocolates a la carte is looking for a quick thinker, lead by example individual who can be hands on with equipment operation and set up. The Lead will oversee a team of 6+ people and is a participating unit producer responsible for the production of all items produced at the work center or shift
Responsible for:
- Preparation of the daily work center set up
- Enforcing policies.
- Maintaining organization and cleanliness of assigned area.
- Quality of product
- Coordinating production needs with other departments
- Maintaining a high level of productivity for the work center
- Maintaining staff levels informs production manager additional staff is needed
- Enforces safety policies.
Billingual English/Spanish a must
Minimum 2 years experience in leading teams or shift required
Minimum 2 years experience in food manufacturing or fast food a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $24.00 - $27.00 per hour
