We are a residential construction company that does remodels and additions in the downtown Greenville area. Unlike most construction companies, we try to keep the stress to a minimum. Our work includes adding on to houses, renovating house interiors, and second story additions. We are looking for someone with good framing experience who can frame an addition from the ground up. It would be good if you have siding and interior trim skills but it is not mandatory. In addition to framing, this position requires demolition work prior to framing. Most of our work is within about a 15 minute radius of downtown Greenville.

We stay busy all year and don't have employees sitting at home due to lack of work. We prefer to work normal hours and do not expect employees to work weekends. We typically start at 8 AM and end at 5 PM.
We offer 3 paid holidays as soon as you're hired (Independence day, Thanksgiving, and Christmas). You will get one week of paid vacation and be eligible for a SIMPLE IRA retirement plan after one year of employment. The SIMPLE IRA includes an empoyer match of up to 3% of your salary.
Overtime pay can be earned.
Paid bi-weekly.
You must have your own transportation, phone, and a valid driver's license.
