Job Overview
We are seeking a few additional dedicated and energetic Housekeepers and Porters to join our dynamic team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness, orderliness, and overall appearance of our facilities. Your proactive approach will ensure a welcoming environment for residents, visitors, and staff alike. This position offers an engaging opportunity to contribute to a safe, clean, and well-maintained space while developing valuable skills in custodial and facilities maintenance.
Position descriptions and hours:
- Perform comprehensive cleaning duties including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing all designated areas to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Housekeeper Hours vary depending on occupancy. Start time is always 9am. While typically the finish time is 2:30-3:30, some days may require later hours.
- We are currently looking for housekeeping team members that are available on weekends as well as weekdays. We have positions open for those looking to work 2-3 days per week, and we also have positions for those looking to work 5 days per week. While every weekend is not required and alternating weekends is an option, we ask that you only apply if you have availability during weekends. We are able to have set schedules in many cases. Housekeepers are off on most major holidays.
- Porter positions conduct janitorial and custodial tasks across various spaces such as hallways, lobbies, restrooms, and common areas with attention to detail. This position is approximately 18-24 hours weekly. The start time is 8am. The perfect person for this position is someone that is great at managing their time, as there is no set ending time. Working well on your own while having customer service skills to welcome our guests is a must! This is a great job for someone looking for something part time!
