Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible — local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff of the Emory or Houston health system must be separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to this specific facility, a minimum 18-month separation is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days if not on or near a holiday, and a maximum of 3 days if on or near a holiday

Only one holiday RTO request will be approved per contract

RTO requests must be spread out and will not be approved if consecutive days fall around a holiday period
