We’re seeking a Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Value Added Services (VAS) to support our growing team. The Warehouse Operations Supervisor – Value Added Services (VAS) is responsible for leading and developing warehouse operations focused on value-added services, inventory recovery, returns processing, rework, and customer-specific operational solutions. This role drives operational execution through proactive leadership, labor optimization, process control, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced warehouse and 3PL environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead daily warehouse value-added operations including: Picking and packing; Kitting, relabeling, and rework; Product inspections and quality checks; RMA and returns processing; Inventory disposition and quarantine recovery
- Manage labor, workflow priorities, and production schedules.
- Coach and develop warehouse associates while enforcing accountability and performance standards.
- Monitor productivity, labor efficiency, quality, and operational KPIs.
- Research and resolve inventory issues, returns exceptions, and operational problems.
- Communicate with customers and internal departments regarding priorities, issues, and project status.
- Identify process improvements to improve efficiency, quality, and scalability.
- Support inventory accuracy, operational reporting, and cost control initiatives.

Education and Experience:

3+ years of warehouse, fulfillment, manufacturing, or 3PL supervisory experience preferred.
- Experience with value-added services, returns, or rework operations preferred.
- Experience with WMS/ERP systems and operational reporting preferred.
- Forklift experience or certification preferred.
