We are currently hiring a Veterinary Receptionist / Customer Service Representative (CSR) to be the welcoming face and voice of our hospital. If you have veterinary experience and a passion for customer care, we’d love to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Greet clients and pets warmly and professionally
- Answer multi-line phones, respond to emails and text messages
- Schedule appointments with accuracy and efficiency
- Work with a paperless medical records system (computer proficiency is key)
- Maintain a clean, organized reception area
- Support the veterinary team with a positive and helpful attitude
- Collect payments from clients after their pet's services have been rendered.
- Deliver excellent customer service to a diverse range of clients
Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience in a veterinary setting (Preferred)
- Strong multitasking skills in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, articulate, empathetic communicator
- Comfortable using modern technology and learning new software
- Bilingual/multilingual skills are a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred

Schedule
