About the Role
Mountain State Auto Auction is a 39-year-established wholesale car auction house connecting automotive dealerships with the inventory they need. We're growing, and we're looking for a driven Territory Sales Manager to build relationships and expand our dealer network across the tri-state region.
You don't need automotive experience — some of our top performers came from hospitality, bartending, and customer service backgrounds. If you know how to connect with people and close, we'll teach you the rest.
What You'll Do
- Prospect and develop new dealer accounts through outbound outreach and cold calling
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers to increase consignment volume
- Build rapport quickly with decision-makers at all levels
- Prepare proposals and contracts tailored to customer needs
- Stay current on the competitive landscape and share market intelligence with the team
- Travel your territory four days a week, returning to our Shinnston, WV auction every Monday
- Execute a defined sales strategy in partnership with management
What You Bring
- Proven sales or customer-facing experience
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Comfort with 80% travel
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Self-motivation and the ability to manage your own schedule
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
