We’re looking for a Fry Cook / Line Cook to own the fry station and support the kitchen during service.
This is a fast-paced, high-volume position that requires focus, consistency, and the ability to keep up during busy shifts.
Operate and manage the fry station during service
Ensure consistent food quality, cook times, and presentation
Assist with prep and station setup
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and food safety standards
Communicate with the team to keep orders moving efficiently
Support the Chef and Sous Chef as needed
Previous kitchen or line experience preferred (but not required)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
Strong attention to timing, detail, and consistency
Reliable, on time, and works well under pressure
Team-oriented and takes pride in their work
The fry station is a critical part of the line. Speed and consistency here directly impact ticket times and overall kitchen performance.
