Retail Store Supervisor

Responsible for customer satisfaction, employee supervision/scheduling, merchandising and quality controlDescription
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Provide integrity, honesty and knowledge that promotes the culture, values and purpose of Kilwins Brand.
2. Knows Kilwins history.
3. Quality control.
4. Team Member supervision.
5. Training/Retraining Team Members.
6. Tracks Team Member progress.
7. Greets and waits on customers.
8. Answers customers' questions and makes sales suggestions.
9. Answers phone and takes phone orders.
10. Re-stock and set up displays, merchandising.
11. General cleaning: dust, sweep, mop, wash windows, take out trash.
12. Operates registers, weighs, and prices.
13. Pack boxes and baskets.
14. Prepares/makes waffle cones.
15. Puts away, rotate stock
16. Changes/updates signage
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES
1. Must be customer service oriented with a good personality and manners
2. Ability to work well with others, be a good listener and follow as well as give directions
3. Must be a role model with good work ethics
4. Ability to work when needed
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
1. Must be at least 18 years old.
2. High school diploma.
3. Previous sales and supervisory experience in retail or hospitality.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
1. Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
2. Must be able to stand for long periods of time in retail store environment.
