Join our dynamic quality assurance team as a QC RMA (Return Material Authorization) Technician, where your expertise will drive excellence in product quality and compliance. In this vital role, you will perform detailed inspections, analyze manufacturing processes, and ensure that returned products meet rigorous standards. Responsibilities
Quality control
- Perform inspections for incoming supplier deliveries, picked parts, and finished assembled products
- Develop proficiency in QC processes, tools, and inspection areas
- Work with QC team members to support production schedules
- Follow established inspection procedures accurately and consistently
- Maintain clear, accurate, and complete inspection records and documentation
RMA ( Return Material Authorization)
- Inspect and evaluate returned materials to identify defects, damage, or causes of failure
- Record RMA findings and share results with the QC Supervisor and Engineering as needed
- Collaborate with Engineering, production, and Customer Service to support RMA processing
Team Support
- Assist with onboarding and training of new team members as needed
- Participate in crosstraining to support coverage across inspection areas
Continuous improvement
- Provide feedback on inspection practices, RMA handling, and workflow efficiency
- Support implementation of new processes, tools, or quality initiatives introduced by management
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, 1-3 years of QC inspection, or manufacturing experience preferred
- Basic knowledge of inspection tools (calipers, gauges) and ability to follow procedures and drawings
- Proficiency with computers, including Excel, Word, data entry, ERP, or tracking systems
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to communicate and work in a team
Pay: $19.00 per hour
