We are looking for a MDS Coordinator for our Skilled Nursing Facility.
Plantation Nursing & Rehab is a skilled nursing facility that provides post-acute services, rehabilitative services, skilled nursing, short and long term care. This is complemented by Therapy services, Social Services, Activities, Nutritional Services and Respiratory Services. Requirements include:
- Current state license as a RN
- Must have 2 years of MDS Experience
