We are seeking a highly skilled and safety-conscious Steel and Precast Foreman to lead our field operations. In this role, you will be the primary on-site leader responsible for the safe and efficient erection of structural steel and precast concrete components. You will manage a crew of individuals, ensuring all work meets project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements. You'll be a vital leader in the field, contributing to the successful execution of Henkel's high-quality commercial projects across Iowa.

Key Responsibilities:
- Site Leadership: Direct and mentor crew members, delegating daily tasks based on project priorities and blueprints.
- Technical Oversight: Supervise the layout, rigging, and installation of structural steel and precast concrete products.
- Safety Management: Enforce strict adherence to OSHA standards and company safety protocols, including mandatory PPE use.
- Project Coordination: Work closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to track progress, report delays, and manage materials on-site.
- Quality Control: Conduct pre-installation checks and inspect finished work to ensure zero quality non-conformances.
- Resource Planning: Forecast necessary manpower, tools, and equipment to keep the project on schedule and within budget.
Required Qualifications:
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in steel and/or precast erection, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or lead role.
- Technical Skills: Expert ability to read and interpret complex blueprints, shop drawings, and PEMB plans.
- Certifications:
- OSHA 10-Hour Construction Safety certification.
- Current Rigging and Signalperson training.
- AWS Welding Certification or the ability to obtain one is strongly preferred.
- Equipment Knowledge: Proficiency in operating aerial lifts, forklifts, or skid steers.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 75–100 lbs, work at heights, and withstand extreme outdoor weather conditions.

Work Schedule:
- Full-time | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- Occasionally additional hours as needed based on project requirements
Work Location:
- Jobsites are primarily located in Central Iowa; Occasional out-of-town or overnight travel may be expected
