We’re looking for a Crew Leader – Window & Door Installer who can run a crew with confidence, lead by example, and deliver high-quality installations.

Lead and manage a crew on residential and commercial window/door installations.

Ensure all work meets IKON’s quality and safety standards.

Communicate clearly with customers, crew, and office staff.

Train and mentor team members.

Keep jobs on schedule and completed to spec.

Salary + piece work pay (per window, door, or job).

Guaranteed minimum weekly salary for income security.

Piece work bonuses on top of salary – the more you install, the more you earn.
