This CNC Machinist - Lathe & Mill opportunity puts you on the shop floor operating CNC equipment, running quality inspections, and helping keep output moving with a strong, growing team.
Qualifications and responsibilities for this CNC Machinist - Lathe & Mill position include:
- CNC lathe and/or CNC milling machine operation experience required.
- Operate CNC lathe and/or milling machines proficiently; may manage 2 machines simultaneously as needed.
- Perform in-process inspections using micrometers, calipers, height gages, pin gages, thread gages, comparator, and bore micrometer.
- Document in-process inspection data accurately to ensure parts meet required tolerances.
- Deburr finished parts to Quality Inspector standards.
- Interpret blueprints and manufacturing drawings.
- Use in-house travel tag system to track and control parts through production.
- Meet daily production targets; communicate issues to the Milling or Turning Supervisor and maintain a neat, clean, organized work area.
Salary: $27/hr-$41/hr, commensurate with experience.
